Returns and Exchanges :

If you have any issues with your order then please get in touch within 1 week of receiving the package. There is a 30 day exchange / return policy from the order date. Returns / exchanges must be returned in the exact condition that you received it in. Anything that is faulty on our behalf will be fully refunded once returned to us. Anything bought in the sale or using a discount code is non refundable but happy to exchange the item/s. We are not responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit. Please post returns / exchanges to the below address using a recorded postal service.

Please do bare in mind that the fabrics used to make your Haveli order(s) are traditional pieces of textiles with some being antique, which may have slight imperfections. Colours may vary from what appears on your screen. We feel that these little imperfections add character and charm to the end result. The main ethos at Haveli is recycling these beautiful pieces from around the world and we celebrate the traditional aspects of these designs.

 

Shipping Information :

Orders are sent using either Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or MyHermes depending on order quantity. Please do get in touch in you require the tracking number of your package. If order(s) is needed urgently then please call the office on +44(0)7786 454 641 to arrange Special Next Day Delivery, for orders being sent anywhere in the UK. Items bought from stock are dispatched within 3 working days. Our lead time for bespoke and out of stock items are sent within 14 days. Fabric orders are printed as soon as the order has been confirmed resulting in a 3-4 week lead time.

 

Customer Care :

We recommend for all of our printed fabrics to be dry cleaned to preserve the high quality in which they are printed. Cushions and Hot Water Bottles are made using traditional textiles from around the world that need to be looked after with care and we suggest hand washing when cleaning. However, if you wish to machine wash any of our products then please use the guidelines below. Whilst our fabric designs were hand drawn in the UK, developed with block printers in India, all fabrics purchased through the fabric section are printed in the UK to guarantee colours matching to samples, repeat sizes and over all quality.

Bespoke Orders :

Please get in touch if you would like to discuss our bespoke soft furnishing service. We can produce the following pieces to any shape, size or colour desired - cushions, upholstery, window seats, curtains, blinds etc. It is the clients responsibility to clearly state on our order form the exact requests and we always suggest double checking measurements provided. Bespoke pieces are non refundable / exchangeable unless the item has been made incorrectly.

 

Press :

All of our products are available to hire for press and photoshoots. If anything has caught your eye in our online shop then please contact. We charge 25% of the trade price with the full amount of the product required as a deposit. This will be refunded once the product has been returned to us in the same condition it was sent in.
